Early Morning Sawmill Fire in Isabella County

An early morning sawmill fire in Isabella County started around 9:00 at Maeder Brothers Wood Pellets in Weidman.

The brother of a man working at the time of the fire says no one was hurt.

He said the hammer mill inside the building exploded sending a fireball through the building.

The extent of the damage inside the building is not known at this time.
